When a winner is drawn, we notify the winner immediately via email. The unlucky ones will also be notified. We NEVER call you over the phone. Make sure your address on file is up to date, as prizes are often sent immediately after the winner has been drawn.

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, anyone found to own multiple accounts may forfeit their right to use this site, its apps and any associated platforms, and will lose any rights to collect any prizes they may have won. We take fairness very seriously here at 3BEES CLUB and have a no-nonsense policy on fraud.
Of course, you can close your FREE account at any time by logging into your user area. We would be sad to see you go, but you can join again at any time.
After a winner has been drawn, he/she is notified immediately via email. This email will also contain details of how you will receive your prize. You will NEVER be asked to pay Shipping, nor will you be asked to collect your prize in person. Our Sponsors are directly responsible for delivering your prize to you.
Digital or Virtual prizes may be sent to you via email from the Sponsor, and any physical items will be sent to you FREE OF CHARGE.
In the rare event that you have not received your prize a few days after the estimated arrival date, please contact us. It is rare for an item to get lost in registered post, but it can happen. Please remain patient and we will insure that a replacement is sent to you.
